These terms govern the use of Session Privée ("the Service") provided by Sober man's Club ("we"). By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

The Service is an experiential chocolate session guided by a chocolatière. It includes cacao selection, tempering, and tasting. This is an experience-based service, not a sale of goods.

• Reservations are confirmed upon completion of Stripe payment
• Details will be communicated by email after confirmation
• Reservations may be declined when capacity is reached

• 7 days or more before: full refund
• 3–6 days before: 50% refund (one free reschedule)
• Within 48 hours: no refund (exceptions considered for illness)
• No-show: no refund
• Cancellation by host: full refund + priority rebooking

• Unauthorized recording, filming, or photography during sessions
• Disruptive behavior toward other participants
• Commercial use of recipes or techniques learned during sessions
• Resale or transfer without prior consent

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking
• We are not liable for injuries or accidents during the experience, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence
• In case of cancellation due to weather or natural disaster, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling

All recipes, techniques, and materials provided during sessions remain our intellectual property. Personal use for practice and review is welcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

These terms may be amended without prior notice due to changes in the service. The latest version will be published on this page.
